Note: The market itself will not be hosting food vendors in this section of the event. Christmas at the Park will still have a dedicated area for food vendors. Small edible goods, such as sweets or baked items, may be considered in this area. If you are a general food vendor, please apply directly to christmas@thepark.org.nz. Please note this is an alcohol-free event

Notes for stallholders

  • If a stall site becomes available, successful applicants will be contacted via email. Please note that all stall allocations are made at the discretion of the event organisers.​

  • Stall spaces are allocated to approved businesses only and may not be shared, transferred, or sublet without prior approval from the organisers.​

​

  • Trestle tables and power are not included with your site booking​

​

  • Any stallholder selling food is responsible for ensuring they hold the appropriate licences and permits and that these are clearly displayed during the event.

​

  • Alcohol is forbidden at this event

​

  • To help maintain a diverse and unique market experience, priority is generally given to owner-operated and independent businesses. We also take into account the products and services already represented by existing stallholders when assessing applications. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to reviewing your application.
